My 91 year old fathers furnace stopped working in January 2023, and within 48 hours of getting a quote for a new furnace from Advance Home Heating our new furnace was installed and heating my fathers home! I contacted AHC because of issues with my furnace fan and central AC unit. Response time was very quick and the technician, Jacob diagnosed the problem during the initial service call. He explained the situation clearly. He installed a creative, temporary solution to restore my cooling since my unit was outdated and parts were challenging to source. Jacob kept in touch with me periodically on the status of replacement parts and when he obtained them, came same day to finish the job and tested the hvac system thoroughly.
